The Scientific Process.
First we must identify a problem
Then we must hypothesize or predict what the outcome of our experiment will be.
Then we must outline what materials and methods we will use to discover the answer to our problem. This means identifying variables and procedures.
We then conduct the experiment and carefully observe and record data
After the experiment is concluded, we look at our data and observations and begin to think about what they mean
Lastly, we make a conclusion about what we learned from the experiment and how the our hypothesis related to out outcome.
